Payment
Payment by credit card: VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted in most cases. We reserve the right to ship only to the credit card billing address. Please provide your card number and date of expiration, and the 3 or 4- digit CCV code. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, pre-payment by cashiers check, or bank wire transfer may be required.

Some items are "special order only", where pre-payment by cheque or money order is required. In this case we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible using the contact information provided (email or phone).

As a condition of this sale you agree to pay shipment costs, and if applicable, all "shipper penalties for incorrect or incomplete address entered". If shipper penalties are charged, complete documentation will be provided upon request. Please be sure to enter a complete and correct delivery address, including unit number.

A common error is "suite number missing ". Error corrections usually cost 250.00 THB for ground service and 500-1000 THB for air service.
 
Delivery
We ship by Thailand Post unless otherwise requested. Delivery is limited to stock on-hand. If an item is not in stock we will attempt to notify you with the contact information provided (email or phone). Please see our definitions relating to in-stock, and backorders.

For Thailand Post shipments, our system emails a Thailand Post tracking number to you on the date your package has entered the Thailand Post system.

Our cutoff time is 1:00 PM M-F Bangkok Standard time. Orders may take up to 24 hours to be processed, not counting Saturday, Sunday and holidays. For time-sensitive deliveries it is recommended that you contact us for confirmation by email or telephone. Internet order receipt is not considered to be confirmation for a time-sensitive delivery. We always try our best to get orders out ASAP.
 
Warranty
We (TOURATECH-THAILAND) warrant our own products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. TOURATECH- THAILAND will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use.

Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. The customer is responsible for any transportation costs. The warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, or extend to items subjected to unauthorized alteration or repairs. For other products we will provide the original guarantee of the manufacturer (or at least 6 months). We are not responsible for consequential damages.

Items in question must be accompanied by the TOURATECH-THAILAND sales receipt. TOURATECH-THAILAND does not provide warranty support for items purchased elsewhere. You are welcome to read our English language installation instructions on the web. English language is being added to the German online instructions on a continual basis, please look at all pages of the document.
 
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery and must be pre-authorized by calling +66 (0)-2327-9300 (30 line) or emailing info@touratech.co.th for confirmation. Returns sent without authorization will be refused. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. Items must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt, in original condition, and must be saleable as new. Restock fee is assessed by the Returns Manager upon inspection and may be waived when store credit is taken (instead of a refund). Used, installed, blemished, incomplete items will not be accepted for return. Special order items may not be returned under any circumstances.

For warranty replacement please contact us at +66 (0)-2327-9300 (30 line) or info@touratech.co.th to obtain return authorization. A copy of the sales receipt must be included. Returns sent without authorization will be refused. Most products we sell are warranted for one - year from date of delivery.
 
Damages
Other than as required under consumer protection law, under no circumstance will TOURATECH-THAILAND be liable for any loss or damage, including that caused by reliance on information obtained through the website. It is the responsibility of the user to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of any content provided by TOURATECH-THAILAND. User accepts all responsibility in evaluating his or her ability to install any item.
 
Resellers
It is strictly forbidden to resell our products outside the country we delivered them to!
